The City map collection, designed by Roberto Semprini is a tribute to some cities of the world through stylized profiles and maps. The landscapes of New York, Paris and London reflect on the opposite side of the carpet. Historical maps distinguish Venice and Palmanova from the 'Pop' map of ''Palm Island Sprigging'' of Dubai. The design plays on the hand-carved high-low pattern and a combination of precious yarns like wool and silk. Each city is matched with a representative colour, without use of toxic dyes, such as: the sand of Dubai, the grey smoke of London, New York green parks, the brown roofs of Palmanova, the burgundy wine of Paris and Venice's silver lagoon.
